Clove tree

Found a place (Jene's Tropicals) to buy a clove tree. Very expensive, but I would love to have one. Lots of information about cloves here. They sell seeds here, but sounds like they are not very easy to start. Some info from India about growing cloves from seeds.

How interesting. I have a black thumb, if anyone ever did, but I find the whole idea of growing your own spices to be fascinating. And it's interesting to see what they look like alive, not all dried up, too.

I'd like to invite you to join our brand new, family friendly BLOG VILLAGE TopList. I think your blog would be a great addition.

You can find out more about it at the BLOG VILLAGE blog.

reanna says: i would like to buy a nutmeg and a clove tree/plant. iam having trouble locating any. i have looked up alot of nurseries, even jene's tropicals. they are very high priced there. i wish that i could find a nursery in the united states that sells these two spice trees/ plants. i will keep looking. it is getting discouraging though, but i hope that i can. i will do my very best. i hope that you other people that are looking for them as well, do not give up yet, and keep trying to find these trees/ plants. hang in there people, and i will do the same!!!!!!!!!!!! reanna.
